They are great chopped up for casseroles and soups.

Using rotisserie chickens saves time and money.
We buy our rotisserie chickens at Costco - they are only $5 and they are HUGE!
We remove the skin and pull all the meat off the bones.
We put half of each chicken in a freezer bag and freeze the chicken for later.
